Nutrition Outreach & Education Program in Tioga County
The Tioga County NOEP is located in Waverly at the Catholic Charities Tioga Outreach Center, 464 Broad St. The NOEP representative can be contacted at 607-565-7580 or at 1-866-326-1373.
There are various outreach sites throughout Tioga County. The NOEP representative can meet with you at any of these outreach sites. Call for information or to schedule an appointment. Home visits can be arranged for elderly and disabled persons.
The NOEP representative can also submit the food stamp application to the Department of Social Services for you.

- Approximately 1 out of every 10 households in the USA are at risk for hunger.

- In Tioga County, it is estimated that 5,756 individuals are potentially eligible for food stamps. Only 997 households are participating.
