Financial assistance is available for Tioga County residents based on income eligibility and determined on a case-by-case basis. These funds are limited.  

Assistance that may be available includes:

• help with security deposits to find appropriate housing
• help with rental arrears
• prescription assistance for those in need of a prescription that they cannot afford.
• utility assistance to avoid shut off

Monday: closed except for emergencies and appointments
Tuesday through Friday: 9:00 am-12:00 pm and 1:00 pm-3:00 pm
